About Tree Removal Newport Beach

Tree Removal Newport Beach handles tree removal and ongoing tree care on private residential property along the Orange County coast: removals, trimming, palm work, stump grinding, view pruning and tree health care. Most of our work happens in backyards, side yards, slopes and front yards from the Balboa Peninsula up to the Newport Coast hills.

Trees here deal with different stress than trees inland. Salt spray and steady onshore wind shape canopies, rain comes mostly in a few winter months, Santa Ana winds can push hot dry air the other way in autumn, and invasive shot hole borers are established in Orange County. Many homeowners also care as much about the ocean or harbor view as about the tree itself. Our estimates take all of that into account.

How a job runs

  • We look first. Each tree is checked from the ground: species, size, lean, deadwood, decay at the base, nearby structures and wires, and how a crew would get gear in and debris out.
  • We confirm ownership. Parkway trees between the sidewalk and the curb usually belong to the City of Newport Beach, and City code does not allow anyone to trim or remove them without the City's written permission. If a tree turns out to be the City's, we tell you how the City's request process works instead of touching it.
  • We check the HOA. If your community association reviews tree work or views, its approval comes before the schedule.
  • You get it in writing. The estimate lists each tree and each task, plus haul-away and cleanup.
  • We clean up. Brush is chipped or hauled, and walkways and pool decks are blown off before we leave.

What we do not take on

We do not trim near energized power lines; under Cal/OSHA rules that work belongs to qualified line-clearance trimmers, so we refer you to the electric utility. We do not prune or remove City trees. When a City application calls for a formal tree inspection report or risk assessment, we tell you so plainly so you can get the right arborist report.
